About Sarah Golombek
Sarah Golombek is a probate and elder law attorney. Her practice is focused on guardianships and conservatorships, probate administration, estate planning, special needs planning, public benefit assistance, fiduciary representation, probate litigation, consulting in personal injury settlements for minors/incapacitated persons, and qualified settlement funds. It is Sarah’s passion to assist individuals and families during difficult times, to help steer them through their challenges and facilitate resolution of their legal issues.
Sarah hails from Michigan where she received her undergraduate degree in honors psychology from the University of Michigan before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. Sarah has been practicing law for over 10 years and is licensed to practice in New York and Colorado. She clerked for the Honorable C. Jean Stewart, the Chief Denver Probate Court judge, and has been practicing in the private sector in the areas of estate planning, probate and elder law since that time. Ms. Golombek is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Denver and Colorado bar associations and is the recent treasurer of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She has also been chosen as a 2012 and 2013 Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers.
